SEO agency Australia
Your competitor's SEO agency is outgunned. Nobody has told them yet.
Search is machine against machine now. While three people at an agency argue over this month's blog post, our systems have already read every competitor you have, found every gap and drafted the pages to take them - with a human deciding what is actually worth doing. SEO from $599/month AUD.

You are paying every month. Nothing is moving.
You get a report. It shows rankings for phrases you have never heard a customer say. The phone has not changed. When you ask why, you are told SEO takes time - and it does, but not this much time, and not for this.
Here is what is actually happening. Your agency inherited a WordPress site running thirty plugins behind a page builder, taking six seconds to load on a phone. They cannot fix it, because they do not build websites. So they write blog posts around it and hope volume beats a foundation Google is already marking down.
That is beating a dead horse.
Page speed, crawlability and clean structure are not extras sitting beside SEO. They are the floor everything else stands on. Until that is fixed you are renting a scoreboard, not buying results.
The part nobody in this industry says out loud
The pages competing with you are increasingly produced, tested and updated by machines. An agency running on people, hours and monthly meetings is not slightly behind that - it is in a different category of throughput entirely. A person cannot read four hundred competitor pages this week. A system does it before lunch.
So it is AI against AI now, and humans are not in that race. What decides the winner is whose AI is aimed at the right target - and aiming is the part humans are still unambiguously better at. No machine knows that your best margin is commercial work, that you will not travel past Ipswich, or that last winter's enquiries were all emergency callouts.
We run the machines. A human aims them at your business.
Analysis, auditing, drafting, internal linking, schema and monitoring: automated, at a scale an hourly agency cannot bill for. Strategy, judgement and a review of every single thing before it is published: human. That is the entire model, and it is why $599 buys more here than $3,000 does elsewhere.
How it works
- 1. The free audit. Before you pay anything, we tell you what is technically broken, who is beating you and why, and which searches are winnable.
- 2. Fix the foundation. Core Web Vitals, crawl and index errors, structured data, internal linking, mobile experience. We build websites, so we do this rather than delegate it back to you.
- 3. Map the whole market. Every search your customers make, every page your competitors rank with, every gap between them - continuously, not once at onboarding.
- 4. Publish faster than they can respond. Service pages, location pages, answer content and schema. AI drafts; a human reviews and approves.
- 5. Report in dollars. Calls, forms and sales tracked back to the page that produced them.
What $599 a month actually includes
- Full technical audit - and the fixes, not just a list of them
- Core Web Vitals and page speed work, the ranking factor most agencies hand back to you
- Continuous AI keyword and competitor mapping across your entire market
- Service and location pages drafted by AI, reviewed line by line by a human
- Google Business Profile and local map-pack optimisation
- Structured data and schema on every page
- AI search optimisation for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot
- Instant indexing to Bing, Yandex and DuckDuckGo via IndexNow
- Monthly reporting in leads and dollars, not impressions
Them versus us, honestly
| Typical agency | Marketing Panda | |
|---|---|---|
| Technical foundation | Audited, then handed back as a to-do list | We repair or rebuild it ourselves, first |
| Keyword research | A spreadsheet, once, at onboarding | Continuous, AI-run across your whole market |
| Competitor analysis | Whoever the account manager remembers | Every ranking competitor, every page, every month |
| Content | 2–4 blog posts a month, billed by the hour | Produced at scale, every piece human-reviewed |
| Reporting | A rankings PDF nobody reads | What changed, what it cost, what it earned |
| Typical spend | $1,500–$5,000 per month | From $599/month AUD |
The price gap is not a discount and it is not offshore labour. It is that the expensive parts of SEO are the parts machines are now better at, and we stopped charging you for them by the hour.
SEO and Google Ads compound
Google charges you less per click when your landing page is fast and relevant. That is Quality Score, and it runs on the same signals that decide organic rankings. Fix the foundation once and your rankings rise and your ad costs fall. Run them separately and you pay for the same lesson twice.
What we will not promise you
Nobody can guarantee a Google ranking. Anyone who does is either targeting searches nobody makes, or hoping you will not check.
Realistically: local and long-tail searches move in four to twelve weeks. Competitive national terms take six to twelve months and need backlinks and a Google Business Profile working alongside the site. If your budget or patience does not stretch that far, Google Ads is the honest answer and we will tell you so on the call.
SEO that wins on AI search, not just Google
A growing share of buying research now happens inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Brave, and those systems read your site differently. They reward clear factual answers, structured data, and pages that state plainly what you do, what it costs and who it is for.
We optimise for that surface deliberately: answer-shaped content, schema on every page, an llms.txt brief written for AI crawlers, and instant submission to Bing, Yandex and DuckDuckGo through IndexNow. Most Australian agencies are not doing this yet, which is exactly why it is worth doing now.
SEO in your city
Australia-wide, remotely. That is how the entry price stays at $599 a month instead of paying for an office you never visit.
SEO services - common questions
How much does SEO cost in Australia?
Australian SEO retainers typically run $1,500 to $5,000 per month, with cheaper offshore packages around $500 that rarely move anything. Ours starts from $599 per month AUD because the analysis, auditing and drafting are automated and a human reviews the output rather than producing it by hand. Larger sites and more competitive markets are quoted higher after we look at them.
How long does SEO take to work?
For long-tail and local searches, four to twelve weeks is realistic. For competitive national terms, six to twelve months, and it will need backlinks. Any agency promising page one in 30 days is either targeting searches nobody makes or is not being straight with you.
What do I get in the free SEO audit?
A walkthrough of what is technically wrong with your site, which competitors are beating you and why, the searches worth targeting with real Australian volumes, and what it would cost to fix. You keep it whether or not you hire us, and there is no obligation.
Why does my website need fixing before SEO?
Google ranks pages it can crawl quickly and understand clearly. A WordPress site carrying thirty plugins, a page builder and a six-second load time fails both tests, so every dollar of SEO work is spent fighting the website itself. Fixing the foundation first makes the same content rank faster and cheaper.
Do you use AI for SEO? Will Google penalise that?
Yes, and no. Google's own guidance is that it rewards helpful content regardless of how it is produced, and acts against content mass-produced to game rankings. We use AI for what it is genuinely better at - analysis at scale, technical audits, internal linking, schema, drafting and monitoring - and a human reviews and approves everything before it is published. Unreviewed AI output is exactly what gets discounted.
Do I have to buy a website from you to get SEO?
No. We will audit whatever you have. If the foundation is holding you back we will tell you what it would take to fix, and you decide whether that is a rebuild or a repair. If SEO is not the right spend for you yet, we will say that too.
Do you do local SEO and Google Business Profile?
Yes. For most small businesses the map pack is where the money is, so Google Business Profile optimisation, local citations, service-area pages and review strategy are part of the work rather than an upsell.
Does SEO help my Google Ads?
Directly. Google scores your landing page for speed, relevance and experience, and that Quality Score sets what you pay per click. The same foundation work that lifts your rankings lowers your ad costs, which is why running both together beats running either alone.
